SeaDream Group Policies and Payments

Advantages of committing to group agreements with SeaDream include guaranteed pricing and tour conductor earnings. The advantages of booking a group vary by itinerary, sailing dates and when the group commitment is made.

Please note that the maximum number of staterooms in a group on SeaDream Yacht Club is 18. Requests for larger allotments require executive approval and may involve a revised deposit & attrition schedule along with a revised tour conductor policy.

Sample Group Payment Schedule

• A $25.00 per stateroom deposit is due within 4 days for all categories to lock in the rates
• To confirm a stateroom, a 25% deposit of the total fare is due at booking
• Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure

SeaDream reserves the right to allocate staterooms subject to inventory control and availability. Due to the limited inventory, no more than 8 staterooms will be confirmed on Deck 2.

Sample Attrition Schedule

•  Group deposits are non-refundable
• Any cancellations within 90 days of sailing will be charged 100%

 

Single Occupancy

Single occupancy staterooms are sold at a single supplement of 175% of the group rate. All single staterooms count as ½ of a stateroom for the purpose of calculating tour conductor credits.

Triple / Quad Occupancy

There are no triple or quadruple accommodations available on SeaDream Yacht Club vessels.

Sample Full Charter Security and Payment Schedule

 

A full vessel charter is not cancelable once the charter Agreement has been signed. The charter rate (less the initial deposit) is to be secured via an Irrevocable Standy-by Letter of Credit. Once secured, payment for the charter is required according to the following schedule:

• 25% - Due with executed Agreement (along with the Letter of Credit representing balance of 75% - Letter of credit may be waived if 50% is paid at contract signing 1 year or more prior to sailing)
• 25% - Due 9 months prior to sailing
• 25% - Due 6 months prior to sailing
• 25% - Due 3 months prior to sailing
