Compagnie Du Ponant's Group Policies and Payments

Group guidelines:

• Group discounts vary by date, ship, itinerary and availability.
• Minimum/maximum size for group varies by ship.
• Stateroom numbers are confirmed 30 days prior to departure.
• Customized menus, itineraries, onboard activities and entertainment available.

Group payment schedule:

• 25% due at contract signature date to confirm booking
• 30% due 5 months prior to departure
• 55% due 2 months prior to departure

Group cancellation schedule:

Full group cancellation:

• 8 months or more before departure: no penalty
• 8 to 6 months before departure: 15% penalty
• 6 to 3 months before departure: 50% penalty
• Less than 3 months before departure : 100% penalty

Partial group cancellation:

• 6 months or more before departure: no penalty
• 6 to 3 months before departure: 50% penalty
• 3 to 1 month before departure: 75% penalty
• Less than 1 month before departure : 100% penalty

Single Occupancy

 A limited number of single occupancy fares may be sold with the normal single supplement fare as determined when group is quoted.

Charter guidelines:

 

• Charter rates quoted NET.
• Customized menus, itineraries, onboard activities and entertainment available.
• Team building programs and activities may be created to suit your charter needs.

Charter payment schedule:

• 15% due at contract signature date to confirm booking
• 30% due 13 months prior to departure
• 30% due 7 months prior to departure
• 25% due 2 months prior to departure

Charter cancellation policy:

• Upon final confirmation of the charter, the 1st deposit is non-refundable
• 15 to 12 months before departure: 50% penalty
• 12 to 6 months before departure: 80% penalty
• Less than 6 months before departure : 100% penalty
