La Veranda (Seven Seas Voyager, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Navigator), is the venue for elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets in a more casual atmosphere - al fresco, if you choose. At dinnertime the setting is lighthearted and festive with an enticing mix of regional specialties served. Prime 7 (Seven Seas Voyager, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Navigator), is the most intimate of restaurants onboard. The new, alternative dining venue is a contemporary interpretation of a classic American steakhouse. Along with avant-garde appetizers, savory soups and tantalizing desserts, the stars of the evening are the main courses with eight USDA Prime, dry-aged steaks to choose from, plus an enticing selection of lamb, pork, poultry and seafood specialties. This restaurant is open only for dinner by reservations. Signatures (Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner), offers authentic and quality French cuisine inspired by the legendary Le Cordon Bleu® of Paris. The only restaurants at sea operated under the auspices of Le Cordon Bleu® are in the Regent fleet. Even with a classic and elegant French ambiance, the cuisine is far from traditional - a marvelous mixture of culinary delights that are inventive and eclectic. This unique venue is only open for dinner by reservation. The dress code requires jackets for gentlemen.
If you prefer to dine en suite, you may order dinner selections from the chef's nightly menu during regular dining hours of Compass Rose, the main restaurant. In addition, the room service menu is available 24 hours a day - all complimentary, of course.
