Sample Group Payment Schedule

Contract Terms:

Payment Schedule*

Upon Execution	10% of the Purchase Price
365 Days Prior to Sailing	20% of the Purchase Price
240 Days Prior to Sailing	20% of the Purchase Price
90 Days Prior to Sailing	50% of the Purchase Price as well as all pre-confirmed group functions

* Please note all payments must be wire transferred directly into Regent Seven Seas Cruises' bank account

Sample Group Attrition Schedule

Cancellation Policy:

The percentage of suites that may be reduced without incurring cancellation charges are:

Number of Days	Allowed Suite Reduction*
Between Signing and 210 Days Prior	40% of Current Block
Between 209 - 180 Days Prior to Sailing	20% of Current Block
Between 179 - 90 Days Prior to Sailing	10% of Current Block
Between 89 - 45 Days Prior to Sailing	5% of Current Block
Within 44 Days of Sailing	0%

*Please note that the allowed reduction of suites is based on the most recent block of suites and not the original block of suites. Any Master, Grand, Mariner, Seven Seas, Horizon, and Penthouse Suites held in the group block are under 100% cancellation charge from 180 days prior to sailing. Cancellation charges for canceling more suites than the above noted percentages are equivalent to 100% of the net suite rate. The cancellation provisions of the Passenger Ticket/Contract are hereby superseded

Single Occupancy

Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner: A maximum of two (2) single suites, in categories D and E only, may be purchased for a 75% supplement to the per person rate. All other categories are available only for double occupancy. Due to the limited number of suites onboard, space and rates are not guaranteed until group is signed and deposited.

Seven Seas Navigator: A maximum of two (2) single suites in categories D only may be purchased for a 75% supplement to the per person rate. All other categories are available for double occupancy. Due to the limited number of suites onboard, space and rates are not guaranteed until the group is signed and deposited.

Triple / Quad Occupancy

Triple and quadruple accommdations are subject to availability at time of booking and are not guaranteed. Rates are available upon request.
