Main Dining

Specialty Restaurants

Chops Grille: Chops Grille is a guest favorite, the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or simply be treated to a fantastic dinner. Enjoy juicy steaks, fresh seafood, hearty side dishes and delicious desserts in an elegant atmosphere. From filet mignon to mesquite-grilled salmon, Chops Grille offers much more than simple meat and potatoes.

Dishes at Chops Grille are seasoned with our Royal Culinary Collections blend of spices. Meat dishes offer a choice of traditional bearnaise sauce, our famous peppercorn sauce, garlic-herb butter or Royal Caribbean steak sauce. A wide selection of Royal Culinary Collections mustard is also available.

Portofino:  From the first bite of the antipasto to the last spoonful of tiramisu, dining in the elegant atmosphere of Portofino is an evening to remember. Sample some of our chef's new creations or have one of your favorites prepared the classic way. Either way, you won't be disappointed.

Private Group Dining

Depending on your group size, private dining may be available during your cruise if arranged in advance, subject to prior approval.  Nominal charges will apply ($2,500 per evening for Chops Grille and $2,000 per evening for Portofino - based on full restaurant buy-out as of June 2009).  Please visit the Group Dining details in Royal Caribbean's Planner Guides under the "Meeting Facilities" section.

Room Service

We offer room service to all our guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 24 hours a day (late night service charge applies).The room service menu can be found in the Cruise Services Directory in your stateroom and offers selections for all meals and light snacks. During certain hours of the day, you can also order from the main dining room menu - just ask for details when you're onboard.
