Whether you’re planning a small meeting or an annual corporate event, our goal is to provide a working atmosphere that’s truly amazing. Royal Caribbean International has the largest percentage of public space dedicated to meeting facilities in the cruise industry. Flexible meeting rooms accommodate everything from small groups and breakout sessions to lectures and general sessions. Our spacious lounges and meeting rooms feature a full range of audio/visual support equipment and leading-edge conference technology, offering unlimited presentation possibilities for up to 1,300 attendees.

Floating Conference Centers:
Royal Caribbean’s conference centers are state-of-the-art facilities accommodating up to 400 guests in theater-style set-ups or a variety of classroom configurations. Designed with flexibility in mind, sliding wood paneled walls move easily to divide each conference area. Many conference centers have a comfortable pre-function area and pantry service counter.

In addition to the state of the art Conference Center, select ships also have a board room which can accommodate up to 20 guests as well as a mini-theater (screening room) which can accomodate up to 58 guests.

Function Space Venues:
Royal Caribbean offers you a variety of other unique venues to conduct private group meetings and events. Some examples are:

-Studio B: Ice skating rink with a full service bar, stadium seating and state of the art sound system. Ice can be covered with a wood floor and venue can be used for trade shows, cocktail receptions, teambuilding activities and general sessions.

-Main Theater: State of the art theater that can be used for Award Ceremonies, meetings, general sessions and more!

-Boardwalk Neighborhood Buyout: The new groundbreaking Boardwalk neighborhood is a slice of old-world charm with a modern twist. Buyout this neighborhood for an exclusive event that is sure to wow everyone!
