Sea Cloud Group Policies and Payments

Sea Cloud Cruises is flexible with their group payment and attrition schedules.  Each group is reviewed on an individual basis and negotiated so that the group and cruiseline are in agreement.  Please find below a sample of both payment and attrition that can be used as a reference.

 

Sample Group Payment Schedule

Initial deposit of 10% of cabin rate is due at time of reservation.

Final payment is due at 45 days prior to day of departure.

 

Sample Group Attrition Schedule

Euro 25 per person if canceled 150+ days prior to depature.

5% of cruise cost if canceled 149-100 days prior to departure.

10% of cruise cost if canceled 99-50 days prior to departure.

25% of cruise cost if canceled 49-22 days prior to departure.

50% of cruise cost if canceled 21-15 days prior to departure.

75% of cruise cost if canceled 14 days or less prior to departure.

 

Single Occupancy

The following single surcharges apply to group space:
Sea Cloud II:  100% Cat. A-B / 50% C-F (25% E-F on Caribbean cruises)
River Cloud II:  100% Cat. A / 50% Cat. B-C

Triple / Quad Occupancy

There are no triple or quad occupancy accommodations on the Sea Cloud fleet of ships.

Sample Full Charter Security and Payment Schedule

10% due upon signing of contract
40% due at 180 days prior to cruise
50% due at 90 days prior to cruise

Each payment is non refundable.
