 (to be delivered to each stateroom 2 days prior to debarkation)

We hope that you enjoyed your conference at sea. In order to ensure a smooth process for disembarking the ship on Monday, xxdatexx, please note the following important details:
 
Gratuities: xxxCompanyxxx has prepaid shipboard gratuities for your cabin steward, dining room waiter, assistant waiter and headwaiter in the main dining rooms.

Baggage Tags: Please remove all cruise line and airline tags from your luggage except those for personal identification, and attach the new tags that were delivered to your cabin. Be sure to remember the color of your tags as this will assist in locating your luggage in the terminal.

Luggage Pull: Place your luggage outside your stateroom on Sunday evening no later than 11:00 pm. Since you will not see your luggage again until you have left the ship, be sure to keep all essential and valuable items such as passports, air tickets, jewelry, medication, toiletries, and a change of clothing with you. If you choose not to place your luggage outside your cabin by 11:00 pm, you will be responsible for carrying your luggage ashore.

Breakfast: A buffet breakfast will be served in the Island Café and a continental breakfast will be served in the Grand Restaurant on the morning of departure.  Please refer to the daily program for times of operation.

Settlement of Shipboard Account: If you registered a credit card for your shipboard account, your total charges will automatically be billed to that card. A statement of charges will be delivered to your cabin on Sunday morning before you depart the ship. If you left a cash deposit or you have any questions about your itemized statement, please settle your account with the reception desk staff first thing on Monday morning, prior to departing the ship.  

Disembarkation: PLEASE HAVE YOUR PASSPORT AND CUSTOMS FORMS READY FOR INSPECTION DURING DEBARKATION..

Guests with flights before 11:30 am must disembark the ship with the first group at approximately 8:00 am (subject to ship’s clearance by United States Customs).  Group disembarkation is as follows:

Claim Luggage in the Terminal: Guests must claim all their luggage in the cruise terminal prior to boarding the bus.

Transfers: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed through the exit and look for staff holding [Company] signage who will direct you to the appropriate bus for transfer to the airport.
