When to Use a Hotel

To enhance your cruise event, consider adding a pre- or post-cruise hotel program. One or two nights at a hotel conveniently located near your embarkation or debarkation port would be ideal for the following scenarios:

Business Component/Tax Deductibility: You can use one of the hotel’s meeting rooms to conduct the business portion of your program.

Convenience:
If you have attendees flying from the opposite U.S. coast or international travelers, you will want to bring them in a day prior to sailing to make sure they arrive at the ship on time, refreshed and relaxed.

Tiered Programs: Create a tiered incentive program by building in a pre- or post-cruise land program for your VIP’s or top level qualifiers.
