The Case of the Missing Jewels

After my husband was diagnosed with cancer in mid 2000, I left Landry & Kling for what I thought would be a few weeks. Instead, I was gone for about four years.During that time, I missed important milestones in the evolution of the cruise industry. And it was only by virtue of taking a group of our strategic partners on a familiarization cruise on Jewel of the Seasthat I was able to discover what  had been missing in my cruise repertoire!
