Dishes at Chops Grille are seasoned with our Royal Culinary CollectionsTM blend of spices. Meat dishes offer a choice of traditional béarnaise sauce, our famous peppercorn sauce, garlic-herb butter or Royal Caribbean steak sauce.
Solarium Bistro: Solarium Bistro offers a dining ambience that indulges impromptu celebrations as well as whispers of sweet nothings. You'll savor every morsel as you enjoy enticing selections from our menu. During the day, sunlight replaces starlight to create a bright, energetic atmosphere. Enjoy fresh and exhilarating flavors while taking in panoramic views of the Solarium pools. Ocean breezes and friendly service encourage you to relax and soak in the moment.
Chef’s Table: Private 16 seat community table. The experience will feature a wine pairing dinner of approximately 5-6 courses and will be hosted each night by an Executive Chef and Sommelier.

Giovanni’s Table: A family style dining experience. This restaurant is an evolution of the Portofino concept to a more accessible Italian Trattoria influenced by the Tuscan countryside.
Samba Grill: Exclusively onboard Allure of the Seas, introduces a sumptuous steakhouse experience with personality and flare. Brazilian music fills the air as the Solarium Bistro transforms to a hearty authentic churrascaria. The dining experience includes a wide selection of nightly prepared soups, salads and appetizers at the buffet. The main course is the feature and includes 13 different meats carved tableside. Samba's gaucho servers, Brazilian style cowboys, provide a unique flare at the table as guests can choose from each of the featured signature meats that are presented from the churrasco grill and carved individually for each guest.
Rita's Cantina: Liven things up with a flare of spicy Mexcian flavors and colorful surrounding at Rita's Cantina. You'll find relaxation and laughs in plentiful supply as you settle in among the festive colors and lively atmosphere. And, of course, our vibrant Mexican restaurant features great food and drinks that just keep coming. The menu features fresh made pico de gallo salsa, party nachos, fiesta guacamole, fajitas and a variety of beef, chicken and seafood dishes complemented by both contemporary and classis Margaritas.
