In The Restaurant, the art of fine dining is a wondrously engaging affair and our open seating policy allows guests to dine with the companions of their choice at the time they prefer. It is innovative and artful cuisine, regionally inspired and prepared with the finest ingredients. La Collection du Monde - 30 signature dishes created exclusively for Silversea by Relais & Chateaux - Relais Gourmands, are always a delight. Impeccably set tables feature Christolphe silver and Schott Zwiesel crystal.

Private Group Dining

Casual Dining

For a less formal atmosphere, the Terrace Cafe offers a casual, yet elegant option for both breakfast and lunch. Specialty dinner menus (by reservation) highlight regional cuisines of the world.

The Poolside Grille offers fresh, casual lighter fare in the open air.

Room Service

In-Suite Dining is available 24 hours, all complimentary. Enjoy breakfast on your private veranda or dinner served course-by-course.
